We deliver to addresses within the markets we serve, as shown at checkout. If your address is outside our serviceable area, the website will let you know at checkout.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery typically takes around 5–10 business days for major cities and 10–14 business days for other or remote areas. These are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather, customs checks, and public holidays.

Shipping charges, where they apply, are calculated by your delivery location and order value and are shown at checkout before you pay. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value or during promotions — any such offer will be shown on the site at the time.

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation with tracking details where the courier provides them. If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, contact us at contact@arkabotanics.com and we will investigate with the courier.

The courier may reattempt delivery or leave instructions. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete to avoid delays. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (which may incur a charge) or a refund.

Because our products are ingestible food and supplement products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. We will, however, make it right if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, expired (or near expiry), or if an item is missing from your order.

Email contact@arkabotanics.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, leaking, incorrect, expired, or missing items (within 7 days for other quality concerns). Include your order number, the product name and batch number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, the batch/expiry label, and the outer packaging. Please keep the product and packaging until your request is resolved.

For approved requests, we will offer a free replacement, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit — at your preference where possible. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of us confirming eligibility (or after we receive a returned item, where a return is required). The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or sealed consumable products. This protects the safety of all our customers. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or unsafe goods are unaffected.
