Orders are processed on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a non-business day are processed on the next business day. During sales, new launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer; we will keep you informed if there is a significant delay.
We currently deliver to addresses within the markets we serve, as shown at checkout. If your delivery address is outside our serviceable area, the Site will indicate this and we will not be able to complete the order. We deliver to residential and business addresses but cannot deliver to certain restricted locations; where this applies, our customer care team will contact you.

Where an order is shipped across a border within the markets we serve, it may be subject to inspection, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination authorities.
