When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation with tracking details where the courier provides them. You can follow your order's progress on our order tracker. If tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, contact our customer care team and we'll investigate with the courier.

Our formulations are ingestible, so opened or used units cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons — except where a unit is defective, damaged, incorrect, or past or near its expiry on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, leaking, incorrect, expired, or missing items (within 7 days for other quality defects), with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we'll offer a free replacement, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit — and for eligible cases we bear the cost of return and re-delivery.
